Present Yourself to God, Unashamed
“Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15 (ESV)
Give maximum effort to present yourself to God.
We need to know where we’re going… “Your word is a lamp to my feetand a light to my path.” Psalm 119:105 (ESV)
Unashamed workmen will be shaped by the Word of God.
“All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned—every one—to his own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.” Isaiah 53:6 (ESV)
“In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 5:16 (ESV)
