Nicaragua Mission 2025 – Managua
Men’s Practice partnered with Chosen Children Ministries for this mission on November 6 – 10.
The team traveled to the La Paz barrio of Managua, Nicaragua, with a clear purpose: to build homes for families living in extremely challenging conditions. Fifteen men participated in the effort, serving a community where the average income is less than $2 per day. Their work provided not only much-needed housing, but also meaningful support, connection, and the hope of Jesus Christ with the families they served.

Chosen Children Ministries (CCM) is a faith-based nonprofit that works in Nicaragua. Here are some key points about what they do and their mission:
-
Their mission is to “make Christ known by transforming communities in Nicaragua.”
-
They operate year-round (24/7, 365 days), not just during short-term mission trips.
-
Their work is broad and includes humanitarian aid, education, economic development, well drilling, child sponsorship, and church planting.
- They also focus on spiritual development — evangelism, discipling, training pastors, and strengthening families.
