About Brian Beltramo
For more than three decades, Brian Beltramo has mentored leaders both on and off the field. His influence spans high school, college, and professional sports. Brian is driven by a passion to help men unlock their full potential and succeed in every area of their career and calling. Today, he serves as a sports chaplain for multiple teams across the West Coast.
Brian and his wife Cheri founded the organization Won Thing™ in 2022. Won Thing was created to support young adults as they navigate one of life’s most exciting—and often overwhelming—seasons. Rooted in Philippians 3:13, the ministry encourages a focused, forward-looking faith. Won Thing helps young adults gain clarity, build confidence, and discover direction by learning to prioritize what matters most in their lives and their walk with Christ.

Training Camp Highlights
Potential Group Activities
Kayaking – Spend a relaxing day on the water with the guidance of our staff. Our water-adapted team-building exercises will spice up your kayaking experience.
Labyrinth – Unlike a maze, a labyrinth has one way in and one way out. Walking the labyrinth just requires you to begin the journey.
Ropes Course – Chapel Rock offers a well structured, professionally facilitated low and high ropes course. Our highly trained staff will design a program specific to your needs and ability level.
Pickleball Tournament
This will be the first year we attempt a pickleball tournament which will be in doubles format. Teams of two players compete against each other. We haven’t yet decided on single or double elimination but two courts should be available to keep the action moving. Bracket play is typically single elimination with games to 15, winning by 2. The winning team will not receive a cash prize but a trophy may be in the works.
